I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Seattle University, and I’m also a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. My background in Music Performance has given me a deep appreciation for the connection between creativity and emotional well-being. For nearly twenty years, it’s been my privilege to support individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD, guiding them toward greater confidence, healing, and inner strength.

I’m a certified supervisor and provide consultation for LMHCAs. I also specialize in affirming, trauma-informed counseling for the LGBTQIA2S+ community, with a focus on care that reflects each individual’s unique experience. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve taught group counseling for LMHCAs at Seattle University, and I’m passionate about mentoring emerging clinicians as they develop their voice and professional identity.

Outside of my work, I cherish walks with friends in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I also enjoy the simple pleasure of community gardening. At home, I love to spend time with my spouse, our curious 5-year-old, and our giant, fluffy ragdoll cat, Tako.
