Im a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Seattle University. I’m also a Substance Abuse Counselor and a Certified Clinical Specialist in ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My background in Music Performance has given me a deep appreciation for the connection between creativity and emotional well-being.

For 20 years, it’s been my privilege to support individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and PTSD—guiding them toward greater confidence, healing, and inner strength.

I’m a certified supervisor and provide consultation for LMHCAs. I also specialize in affirming, trauma-informed counseling for the LGBTQIA2S+ community, with a focus on care that reflects each individual’s unique experience. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve taught group counseling for LMHCAs at Seattle University, and I’m passionate about mentoring emerging clinicians as they develop their voice and professional identity.

Outside of my work, I cherish walks with friends in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and the simple pleasure of community gardening. At home, I love spending time with my loving and funny spouse, our curious 5-year-old, and our giant, fluffy ragdoll cat, Tako—who will sometimes visit during in-person sessions.
