Im a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Seattle University. I’m also a Substance Abuse Counselor and a Certified Clinical Specialist in ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My background in Music Performance has given me a deep appreciation for the connection between creativity and emotional well-being.

For 20 years, it’s been my privilege to support individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and PTSD—guiding them toward greater confidence, healing, and inner strength.

I’m a certified supervisor and provide consultation for LMHCAs. I also specialize in affirming, trauma-informed counseling for the LGBTQIA2S+ community, with a focus on care that reflects each individual’s unique experience. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve taught group counseling for LMHCAs at Seattle University, and I’m passionate about mentoring emerging clinicians as they develop their voice and professional identity.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me outside enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest—hiking, biking, beach sitting (and the very occasional cold plunge), gardening, and any excuse to spend time in nature. At home, I love life as a spouse and mother, sharing it with our big dog and fluffy cat, who may occasionally make a guest appearance during in-person sessions if welcomed by clients.
